Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we do. On completion of the job, you or the driver can call the office for your card to be processed. All processed payments will be given an authorization number and the card details are then destroyed.
Can you dispose of unwanted stuff for me?
Quite often customers have a chest of drawers or some old furniture items they would like disposed. We can take usable items and then recycle them or give them to a worthy cause. Any rubbish will need to be disposed of and charged to the customer accordingly.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us as much notice as possible. We understand your situation may change at late notice. Any deposits on interstate trips will not be refunded as we may not be able to fill the allocated space kept for your removal but the truck will still need to depart.
Do you operate nationally?
Yes, we do. We offer a weekly service to NSW, VIC and North Queensland and we run a back load service for anywhere in Australia. Please call our office on 1800 645 654 for a quote.
Can you store stuff for me?
Yes, we have container storage available. We can also take your goods to a storage facility of your choice. Please call our office on 1800 645 654 for more information.
What will you fit?
Bayside Removals have a fleet of nine vehicles. So, whether it's a small move for a couple of items or a large family move, we can move it.
Do you service the Southern Moreton Bay Islands?
